噸包原淀粉通過起重設備吊入卸料料斗，料斗內淀粉由風送設備送入淀粉料倉，料倉內的淀粉經計量螺旋輸送機被連續輸送到分散槽，同時在分散槽加清水稀釋分散；

1.Tons of raw starch is lifted into the discharge hopper through the lifting equipment, and the starch in the hopper is sent to the starch bin/tank by the air conveying equipment. The starch in the bin/tank is continuously transported to the dispersion tank by the metering screw conveyor, and at the same time, water is added to the dispersion tank to dilute and disperse.

在淀粉分散槽添加淀粉粉末的同時，淀粉酶按比例加入到分散槽內與淀粉進行充分混合。

2.When starch is added to the starch dispersion tank, amylase is added to the dispersion tank in proportion to the starch for full mixing.

分散后的淀粉液由螺桿泵送入過濾器去除雜質，過濾后的淀粉溶液進入1#蒸汽噴射器加熱，經過加熱后的淀粉溶液進入反應槽進行酶化反應。經過一定時間的酶化反應后，由轉子泵送入2#蒸汽噴射器加熱，并在蛇形盤管箱內糊化及高溫滅活，終止酶反應。糊化后的淀粉膠液經汽水分離器后進入淀粉儲存槽，同時加清水稀釋至所需的濃度在儲存槽內儲存。儲存槽膠液由送料泵送至紙機上料槽。同時加清水稀釋至所需的濃度在紙機上料槽，以供上料站系統使用。

3.The dispersed starch solution is sent to the filter by the screw pump to remove impurities, and the filtered starch solution is heated into the 1# steam injector, and the heated starch solution enters the reaction tank for enzymatic reaction.

After a certain period of enzymatic reaction, the rotor pump is sent to the 2# steam injector for heating, and the gelatinization and high temperature inactivation in the serpentine coil box to terminate the enzymatic reaction. After gelatinized starch glue through the steam separator into the starch storage tank, at the same time add water dilution to the required concentration in the storage tank. The storage tank glue is fed by the feed pump to the feeding tank of the paper machine. At the same time, dilute the water to the required concentration in the paper machine feeding tank for the feeding station system.
